Careers
Incledon Consulting Group is a small, growing civil engineering and land surveying company looking to expand our staff with the addition of an early career civil engineer or civil engineering intern.
We provide a wide variety of design and support services to the facilities engineering, education, land development and public works communities with a highly personalized, client-centered approach focusing on the specific needs of our client and the project. Our projects are located throughout Southern and Central California, Hawaii, and Arizona.
Our broad range of services include civil engineering design, surveying, sustainability, planning, environmental and water resources, including water quality management. Our clients are public and private K-12 schools and districts, community college districts, public and private colleges and universities, motion picture and television studio production facilities, theme parks, mixed-use developments, industrial campuses, commercial and retail developers, hotel and resort facilities, and municipal and federal agencies. We work directly with owners and developers and as sub-consultants to architects.
Our projects range in size from major regional facilities and large educational and industrial campuses to very small short-duration efforts. We are particularly experienced in intricate, highly-complex projects typical of campus-type environments. We adapt our expertise to a wide range of project types by placing the needs of the client and the project at the front of every effort. Our typical project ranges from a 200,000 square foot office building to a resort hotel to a 30,000 square foot education building to a small modification of a theme park attraction or a complete theme park.
Our production approach requires very close coordination between our office staff and field personnel. As such, the successful candidates will be required to perform their duties in both an office and field setting. The ideal candidates are intelligent, energetic, flexible, capable, motivated, ambitious and friendly.
The successful candidate will participate in the design of site and street improvements, storm water quality, sewer and water infrastructure, SWPPP preparation and grading design. Candidate will also prepare subdivision maps, prepare opinions of probable construction cost and participate in the plan preparation and permitting process.
Candidate must have a four-year degree in a related field or be currently enrolled and working toward a four-year degree. EIT and LEED accreditation highly desired. Must be proficient in Word and Excel, AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Experience in field operations and/or surveying is desirable. We rely heavily on AutoCAD and Civil 3D for the preparation of our work products, so the candidate must be either very highly skilled in the use of these programs, or have basic knowledge and be willing to work hard to develop these skills.
We offer a competitive salary and full benefits package in a fun and relaxed environment.
