Incledon Consulting Group provides a wide variety of design and support services to the facilities engineering, education, land development and public works communities. We provide these services to public and private sector clients with a highly personalized, client-centered approach focusing on the specific needs of our client and the project. Our projects are located throughout Southern and Central California, Hawaii, and Arizona.

Our broad range of services include civil engineering design, surveying, sustainability, planning, environmental and water resources, including water quality management. Our clients are public and private K-12 schools and districts, community college districts, public and private colleges and universities, motion picture and television studio production facilities, theme parks, mixed-use developments, industrial campuses, commercial and retail developers, hotel and resort facilities, and municipal and federal agencies. We work directly with owners and developers and as sub-consultants to architects.

Innovative production methods allow our talented staff of professionals to deliver services at a cost significantly below that of our major competitors and at a higher quality than conventional methods allow. Not only do we deliver these services faster and less expensively, we have the flexibility to complete changes more efficiently by fully utilizing the capabilities of our resources. Most members of our technical staff are LEED® Accredited Professionals, and we have a passion for expanding our knowledge in this rapidly growing and changing field. There are, of course, many ways to reduce our impact and we actively seek ways to further implement new and better methods.

Projects

Our projects range in size from major regional facilities and large educational and industrial campuses to very small short-duration efforts. We are particularly experienced in intricate, highly-complex projects typical of campus-type environments. We adapt our expertise to a wide range of project types by placing the needs of the client and the project at the front of every effort.

Our services can be classified into four areas: Civil Engineering, Survey and Mapping, Sustainability and Environmental, and Planning and Entitlements. Our civil engineering capabilities are extensive and encompass all of the areas traditionally associated with general civil engineering, such as grading and utility design, street improvements, hydrology and drainage, and retaining walls. Our typical project ranges from a 200,000 square foot office building to a resort hotel to a 30,000 square foot education building to a small modification of a theme park attraction or a complete theme park.

Our sustainability and environmental practice is very successful in enhancing the environment and satisfying project requirements in a practical and cost-effective manner. We pride ourselves on our ability to apply our broad palette of design options and tools to each project and find the creative solution your project demands. We also provide services not usually offered by civil engineering companies, such as infiltration testing and sanitary sewer sampling and testing, which are typically assigned to specialty companies at a higher cost.

Post-secondary and K-12 education facilities represent a large and growing part of our practice, and we have extensive experience with both public and private schools and districts. We have successfully completed projects ranging from major campus design and construction to very small assignments, such as the design of a minor utility replacement. We find that our commitment to understanding the needs of the campus facilities personnel helps us to provide the best possible service to the school.

Our experience with motion picture and television clients allows us to understand the unique needs and demands of the industry and react as quickly and precisely as needed to place the facility in operation, while respecting the cost and schedule requirements of the client.
